How long does shipping take?
Our processing time is 2-3 business days. After processing, delivery usually takes between 6-14 business days, depending on your location.
What should I do if I haven't received my order?
If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time of 6-14 business days, please contact us with your order number. We will investigate the status of your shipment and provide you with an update as soon as possible.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped (within 2-3 business days), you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order's progress online.
What is your returns policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

- Ensure the item is in its original and unused condition.
- Ship the item back to us (please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs).
